Tammy Duckworth is a retired Army National Guard lieutenant colonel serving as the junior United States Senator from Illinois since 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, she represented Illinois's 8th district in the United States House of Representatives from 2013 to 2017.
Raja Krishnamoorthi has been the U.S. Representative from Illinois's 8th congressional district since 2017. The district includes Hoffman Estates, Elgin, Schaumburg, Wood Dale, and Elk Grove Village. Krishnamoorthi is a member of the Democratic Party, serves on the House Oversight Committee, is the chair of the Oversight Subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy, and serves as an Assistant Whip.

Scott Britton is a member of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, representing District 14 in Illinois. District 14 contains Palatine, Inverness, and parts of Arlington Heights and Rolling Meadows. He was elected to the Board of Commissioners in 2018.
